Group Reporting Manager (m/f/d)

Established in 2002, ib vogt GmbH is specialized in the Development, Design and Engineering, Financing, EPC and Operation of solar power and provides turnkey solar power plant solutions to investors internationally.

As a manufacturer-independent integrated developer, the company focuses on tailor-made solar power plant solutions that maximize lifecycle performance and returns.

Since 2009, ib vogt has commissioned plants with a capacity of almost 2 Gigawatt. We employ over 840 specialists, in all areas of the solar power plant value chain in over 40 countries. The company operates internationally from offices in Spain Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France, Poland, USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Panama, India and South East Asia.

The group reporting manager is responsible for preparing high-quality financial reports to support decision-making of all relevant stakeholders and shareholders. The role also involves driving continuous improvement and innovation in ib vogt's reporting systems and processes.

The responsibilities include:

• Accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure the integrity of financial reports for all relevant stakeholders and shareholders (e.g. management reports, banking reports, business unit reports).
• Oversee the consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS and/or German GAAP, demonstrating ownership and accountability for successful delivery.
• Perform detailed variance analysis on financial reports.
• Present financial reports and variance analysis to all relevant stakeholders and shareholders.
• Manage and improve financial reporting systems and tools, driving continuous innovation and improvement in financial reporting processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting processes and enhance financial data accuracy.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reports across ib vogt group.
• Train and guide team members across ib vogt on group reporting standards, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Manage the projects for group-wide implementation, standardization and harmonization of financial reporting processes and tools.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, MBA, or industrial engineering with a focus on (group) accounting, financial reporting, finance, or auditing.
• 5+ years of sound professional experience in group accounting, reporting, and consolidation ideally within a group or multinational environment and/or in an auditing firm.
• Key technical accounting skills according to IFRS and/or German GAAP.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal. German is a nice to have.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Practical experience with LucaNet or other consolidation software and ERP systems.
