Role Summary
This employment is project-based for Tantangan Project, and with a contract duration of 16-months contract. The employee will be site-based in the Municipality of Tantangan, South Cotabato.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
- Overall management of the project site, project site office and the site team’s personnel, relative to the project organization structure.
- Management of the EPC Contractor, their execution of works and any other related works relative to their contractual obligation.
- Management of the OE external Consultant’s team, both offshore design team and onshore site team.
- Recommending approval to the Project Manager, of the EPC’s proposals relative to their Engineering Designs, Construction Methodologies, Site Management plans, QA/QC Management plans, HSSE Management plans.
- Management of the site construction monitoring and daily/weekly/monthly progress reports preparations.
- Management of the implementation of all Management plans as approved by the Project Manager.
- Identify and Management of site risks.
- Management of project documentation.
- Management of logistics.
- Management of implementation of Pollution Control policies in compliance local regulations.
- Technical advisor to the Project Manager.
Qualification(s) & Requirements of This Role:
- License Engineer in either Civil, Mechanical or Electrical trade.
- Has more than 15 years of experience in Project Site and/or Construction Management of Renewable Energy projects.
- Implemented and understands different construction methodologies and familiar with international engineering & construction standards
- Implemented and understands the proper execution of the HSSE management plans and policies.
- Implemented and understands the proper execution of site QA/QC Construction Management plans.
- Understands Solar PV design and its applicable standards.
- Good site management and personnel management skills
- Good english both written & communications skills.
- Good in the use of necessary software tools, MS Office tools, Autocad, etc
